F.C.H. invests in the Loire Valley
The French group F.C.H diversifies its activities by investing in the hospitality sector. It has acquired from group OLETIS a hotel complex located in Blois, as well as its real estate P&A was OLETIS’ counsel.

F.C.H. makes a new acquisition in Eastern France
The French group F.C.H continues to diversify its portfolio of investments in Alsace by investing in hotels. The group acquired a hotel complex located in Strasbourg, as well as its real estate. In this operation, P&A was the adviser of the purchaser.
