PRIPLAK, leader in thin gauge polypropylene sheets, is sold by ARJOWIGGINS to its managers via a MBO. This transaction was supervised by the Commercial Court because ARJOWIGGINS was subject of an insolvency procedure in France and in UK. P&A advised in the creation of the joint venture and subsequently in the acquisition of the target.

The French group M.C.H diversifies its activities by investing in the hospitality sector. It has acquired from group OLETIS a hotel complex located in Cergy (Paris), as well as its real estate. P&A was OLETIS’ counsel.
