Started his career 1982 International Legal and Tax Department of Coopers & Lybrand in Paris. Founded Paulhan & Associés in 1987 and operate untill 2020.
Former lecturer at the HEC International Business School and at the Law University of Montpellier.
Member of the Paris Bar.

EDUCATION : Graduate of HEC International Business School (Paris), McGill University (Montreal) and ESADE (Barcelona), holder of degrees in Business law (DJCE, Montpellier) and Advanced Accounting.

PUBLICATIONS : Investing in Gabon, The provisions in the French tax system. Legal columnist in the Journal du Net and the Journal du Management.
