The investment fund EXTENDAM and AMC INVESTISSEMENTS invest in Marseille

The investment fund EXTENDAM (dedicated to investing in SMEs and with M€ 600 in assets under management) is once again associated with AMC INVESTISSEMENTS (specialized in hotel management) through the creation of a new investment vehicle.

This vehicle acquired the MARIOTT hotel located in Marseille, as well as the real estate of the resort.

P&A intervened in the negotiation of the parties’ association and then in the acquisition of the target company and the real estate assets.
