Norwegian group Visma acquires Livemarket, the French company behind the Wineriz software

French company LIVEMARKET, which operates the Wineriz management software, has been acquired by Norwegian group Visma, which owns the Inqom accounting platform.

Paulhan & Associés advised Wineriz’s founders and existing investors on this transaction, notably in connection with the sale process and the drafting of the shareholders’ agreement.
