The French group F.C.H diversifies its activities by investing in the hospitality sector. It has acquired from group OLETIS a hotel complex located in Blois, as well as its real estate P&A was OLETIS’ counsel.

On the occasion of the annual conference of “International Lawyers Group” in Copenhagen, Paulhan & Associés was designated as the French representative of this network combining since 40 years more than 40 law firms in 35 different countries.

EXTENDAM (M€ 700 assets under management) and AMC INVESTISSEMENTS (specialized in hotel management) formed a partnership to invest into the construction and the opening of a new hotel operated under ACCOR franchise. P&A advised in the creation of the joint venture and subsequently in the financing and the construction of the hotel (“off plans”).
