EXTENDAM (European leader in private equity dedicated to budget and mid-range hotels in Europe) sells its hotel assets in Champagne region

The investment fund EXTENDAM, together with the hospitality companies FCH, AMC INVESTISSEMENTS and KER INVESTISSEMENTS SA, completed the sale of their hotel property in Épernay to a local operator.
