PAULHAN & Associés accompanies the CAISSE DES DEPOTS

PAULHAN & Associés has advised the CAISSE DES DEPOTS in the frame of a fund raising intended to finance alongside GeoPost Urban Logistics, GNVERT (subsidiary of the Engie group) and Groupement Les Mousquetaires, the development of the Urby model by the Grenoble company EVOL.

Urby is a global urban logistics system based on the pooling and optimization of the collections and deliveries carried out within the same urban area by clean or low-GHG vehicles as well as storage and management of return flows.

The team dedicated to this project was composed of Anne-Laure GUILLAUME and Vincent BROCHET for the corporate and financing aspects and Chloé TOUSSAINT for the contract and intellectual property aspects.
