Paulhan & Associés advises Noor Airways, a new French air carrier
Noor Airways has just obtained its license of air carrier. This company results from the purchase of the assets of another air carrier which was subject to a bankrupt procedure. The civil transportation agency has just delivered to it the license to operate a fleet of two 757 Boeings and two 747 Boeings.
Paulhan & Associés has advised the company and its shareholders in this process.
