Paulhan & Associés advises the buyers back of LOXOS Group
LOXOS Group has the French leadership on the market of infantile and early childhood sanitary furniture. This Group is composed of four companies, employing 20 persons and developing a 4.1 M€ turnover.
In the framework of this acquisition the buyers back, Mr and Mrs FREUDIGER, have been seconded by two investment funds: AVENIR ENTREPRISES DEVELOPPEMENT and REPRENDRE ET DEVELOPPER (NCi Gestion).
