History

The firm was founded in 1987 by Olivier Paulhan who started his career in 1982 with Coopers & Lybrand, at the international legal and tax department.

Elisabeth Larue joined the firm in 1994 followed by Vincent Brochet in 2007, Anne-Sophie Moins in 2008 and Anne-Laure Guillaume in 2010. Claire Bernard has been assisting those lawyers since 2008.

Vincent Brochet has become a partner in 2008.

In 2000, Paulhan & Associes was appointed by the network of European lawyers, European Law Group, as its representative in France. As a member of this network, our firm can rely in 12 European countries (Great-Britain, The Netherlands, Germany, Austria, Sweden, Italy, Spain, Israel, Portugal, Belgium, Switzerland and Hungary) on specialized and reactive lawyers able to assist and advise our clients in the frame of their cross border settlement, operations or litigation on those foreign markets.

The firm is also a member of the Institute of Tax Lawyers in France.

Our firm's turnover is in the range of € 1,2 million.
